My name is Esme! I am a senior at the University of Montana, majoring in Marketing and Management. I recently moved into a place that has a kitchen. About time! I am NOT a baker, but I have been wanting to learn. I want to learn how to bake delicious goods for myself and friends. These recipes are familiar favorites for me! They are recipes that have been past down for years, like Kays Pie Crust. Others are newer recipes that quickly became favorites. Therefore, I know these are tasty recipes and I am going to attempt to make them.

Also, I have limited supplies since I am a broke college student. So learn to bake with one large bowl and some regular sized bowls. If you are a new baker, I highly recommend getting cheaper items from Walmart or second hand. It does not have to be fancy in order to work well!
